I am an attorney in Arizona and I have a client that was exposed to a combination of pool chemicals and has suffered severe consequences. Who would be qualified and willing to consult with me about this situation to explore if there was negligence in the amount/type of chemicals sold and instructions given by the pool store?

This is outside the purpose and expertise of the forum. Probably outside the expertise of most anyone in the pool industry as well. I would suggest you look into chemists or chemical engineers in the industrial water treatment fields.
