Bought an air pillow and its deflated 2nd year in a row. whats a good Siphon pump that isnt to expensive to help keep the water off the cover?

You have one, your vac hose.

Zip tie a weight to the end and throw it on the cover. Take the other end and hold it up above the level of the pool and fill it with water (your DE scoop works well for this). When the hose it full, drop the end you are holding up on the ground. A syphon will start, it will run for as long as the weighted end remains under the water on the cover.
