    Pulled pork sammies

    7.5 lb bone in butt took 14hrs @225,rubbed it with dizzy pig and put a couple hickory chunks in there pulled at 195 and stuck it wrapped in the cooler for an hr

    I've smoked a few butts here and there...I see you score the meat...does that increase bark? (love the bark!)

    Thanks for the kind words. I used to watch my dad score the cap, so I always have done it that way. I think it give a lil better bark when finished. Thanks again
