My Baracuda G3 has stopped chugging. It's about 5 years old now I suppose. The fin disc was changed last year, but other than that, everything on it is original. I suspect that the diaphragm needs to be replaced since it is the only moving part per se.

The flow check on the suction line is within specified parameters. Water is balanced. Water temp is 64 degrees.

Does replacing the diaphragm sound like the way to go here? I was also considering replacing the foot pad as well as the manual states that it should be replaced when the tread depth is less than 0.125". I can't really mic it, but it shows wear so why not?
