Taylor R-0013 pink???

Does anyone have any idea why my R-0013 is pink? Expiration date is 5/2017
product has been stored inside of my climate controlled house. I am so confused!

If you are taking the picture with a smart phone or I-Pad, rotate 90 degrees and take picture. If you are a desktop (laptop), then rotate, save and upload. My phone pictures, when e-mailed to my computer are always sideways and I have to rotate them, save, and then upload.

R-0013 is melamine at low pH used for the CYA test and it should not be pink. You can call Taylor Technologies at 1-800-TEST KIT (837-8548).
