High pH?

I've been fighting a battle with high pH in my SWG pool. Is this normal? Everything else seems fine. Also, is there a post on here somewhere that tells me how to differentiate between different brands/types of muriatic acid? I really don't know what to buy, there seem so many different ones. Appreciate any help you can give!

An SWG will naturally cause the PH to rise with all the bubbles it produces. Look for any brand of 20 Baume MA.

Something else you might like to consider .... although you didn't post it,.... but if your TA is elevated it can also draw your pH higher as well. The TFP Recommended Levels chart and Poolmath Calculator have been updated recently to accommodate for a slightly lower (acceptable) range of TA. Example: If your TA is currently 80, you might try 60.
