I have a 2002 Jacuzzi J350 Hot Tub.
Moved it from my Uncle's house. He no longer used it.
Move was very smooth. Did not jolt or bounce hot tub.
In beautiful condition and working properly when we emptied it to move.
I ran 50 amp service, #6 wire, 2 hot, 1 ground. To a Swan 50 amp GFCI disconnect, then to hot tub.
Filled the tub according to Jacuzzi specs.
I get a lock code in the upper right corner of the display, with a picture of a padlock.
According to the manual, I tried pushing "display", "mode" and "Cooler (-), within 5 seconds...
Should have unlocked panel...no luck. U
Reset the breaker a few times...still no luck.
My Uncle has never seen this issue with the tub.
Calling Jacuzzi was no help. The local dealer they referred me to wants to order a new panel before they even come out and check it.
Has anyone encountered this issue before. Could there be a reset on the board?
