I have a hot tub with a SmarTouch Digital 1000 Spa Control. The hot tub recently stopped working. The topside control now has all of the lights on and shows "8888". Now nothing in the spa works. The buttons don't do anything and the pump never comes on. When I unplug the topside controller the pump and heater will come on and it works fine. I tried buying a new topside control but it still does the same thing. There are no visible problems with the circuit board (burns, cracks etc). Is this a problem with the circuit board? Or does the whole spa pack need to be replaced? Any suggestions on what to try? Thanks!
