I am building a 20 x 40 Inground pool with an 8' deep end. I am in the process of doing the sand cement bottom. It looks pretty good but in some spots it isn't as smooth as I would like it to be. I was thinking about using thinset (spot areas) to really get it smooth. Does anyone have any good ideas?
