Strange chlorine issues

Hello,
I need help.
My in ground tiled pool is 12000 gal and the water is presently at 88F. I'm using a sand filter.
I'm using a Taylor K-2600 testing kit
I have what I believe a mustard algae infection.
I have been throwing about 16 gal of liquid chlorine at 6% with no effect on the chlorine level except that the water looks much better.
I can now see the bottom of my pool.
Yesterday I tested again everything. Almost no chlorine, PH: 7.6, TA: 100, CYA: 60 then had 4 gal of liquid chlorine
This morning the water looks a bit clearer, almost no chlorine, PH: 7.2, TA: 100, CYA: 60

What should I do next???

You need to follow the SLAM process the key is staying on top of your testing and your FC level, this may mean several times per day.
