    Plaster discolored spots

I have 4-5 small spots, rusty colored, on my plaster in deep end near main drains. How do I fix those?

If it is rust, holding a sock full of vitamin C tablets (crushed up) will usually remove it.

Dive down and rub spots with the sock? Thx for the input. Buy Vitamin C tabs at Walmart pharmacy?
