Expat in Thailand....Help!

Hello All, Have been doing a bunch of reading on this site and am happy that stumbled upon it. Lots of great advice that I want to put to use but finding a proper test kit able to test FAS/DPD chlorine is proving to be quite a challenge. Surely someone has figured this out already and could assist me?
I live in Kalasin, Isan and the closest pool shop in Khon Kaen, JD pools, has minimal stock and provided no assistance whatsoever.

Have you tried something like Amazon? Not sure what online stuff you can get shipped there but that's where I would start.

Welcome to TFP!

Your best option will probably be to find someone who imports and sells the Taylor K-2006 test kit.

Thanks for the replies and the welcome. From what I've been reading there are issues with the kit not making it through customs when ordered from abroad. GDL pool shop only stocks the same basic test kit all the shops here have.

The Taylor K-2006 or TFT TF-100 is what im looking for. Finding someone who has one is the tricky part. Thats why the post. Aquireing items like this are not as simple as it seems. I'm hoping someone living here in Thailand reads this.

There have been a few folks in countries outside the US that have had success with #1 International Shipping Package Consolidation Company
They are personal freight forwarders and know all of the ropes in what is allowed to ship to which country, etc.

No clue if that would be viable you, but it might be worth a look.

Also, I've read that Amazon actually ships to Thailand. Try a European Amazon. I've read a few posts that mention the Denmark site as a possible option.
