I'm looking to put in a 20x30 pool - ish, in that range - in a totally flat, open piece of land with no trees, no hills, no nothing to make it complicated. I want to get an order of magnitude ballpark. I understand all the fencing, lighting, hardscape may cost as much as the pool - but just getting a ballpark.
