HELP Intelliflo stuck on ALARM

I have an Intelliflo VS pump.
Not sure which one, it's about an year old, and is model 011018.

Yesterday I noticed the pump was not running, and checked it out.
The top line says ALARM.
The Big Text in the middle says ALARM.

The manual says to press ENTER and then RESET - this does nothing.

I found a hard-reset that said press the top 4 buttons, then the middle 2 of the top 4, and Escape and Enter, then power cycle. This did nothing.

I cannot get this pump to reset.

ANY ADVICE OUT THERE?

How about killing power for like 5-10 minutes. Just let it sit there. And by killing power, I mean pull both legs of the breaker. Make sure no voltage is across the power leads.
