Pool closing

Hi,

This will be my first full year and pool closing happens in 2 weeks.

I have a Pentair filter. I don't remember the steps I took last year.

I did a backwash until the level dropped below skimmer.
Don't remember next steps.

Should I put valve to Waste or Recirculate and turn the lever to Drain (right now it is set to "both" position) - pictures attached.
