When I turn the heater on after a minute or so it shuts off and display says; check Ign control. Should I change the ignition control or could it be something else? Thanks
It sounds like the flame sensor isn't sensing flame. So it lights and then goes out? Does it attempt to re-light?
Pull the front panel off and look for a small grey box like item. That would be the ignition module. See if it has a red LED on it and if so, when this error comes up, is it blinking in a series of blinks?

Well I changed the sensor but that didn't work. I looked at the ignition module and it doesn't blink at all. it does try to re-lite it self 3 times before coming up "Check Ing control". My next option seems to be to change the ignition control. Am I correct or am I just wasting my time and money?
