I saw an add for this on facebook and looked over the website and at first glance it looks like a nice idea and concept.

I have some doubt as to how well is can measure the chemical levels in the pool and how long it takes for them send you the chemical you need. Plus there is the also the question of what type of chlorine are they giving you.

Looks like an automated pool store, designed to give you warm fuzzzies that it's all being done for you, automatically, so all you have to do is chunk in the stuff they auto send. My guess is that the results would eventually be the same as if you'd driven to the store and retrieved their advice & chems personally.
