Trying to recalibrate my swimpure + (reading 3100 against 2100 tested) and LEDs going mad! Power and Generating on until switch to auto and then all go off and salt reading shows zero. Circuit board issue? How do I contact Tech Support at Hayward? Cannot find a number anywhere.

Welcome to TFP!!!You can not recalibrate the Hayward SWGs as far as the salt reading.
I am confused, your test shows 2100ppm? And the SWG is reading higher ... until you put it on auto?
Sounds like the salt level may be too low and therefore the SWG will not turn on by design.
If the box is reading higher than actual, the t-cell setting is probably wrong. If the display board is not making good contact, the setting can jump around.
Try resetting the display board and then go through the diagnostics and see what they show.
Turn off power to the box before removing the front cover plate.
