Is the Alkalinity Test reliable at High FC Levels while Slamming?

I know the PH test is not reliable at high FC levels while slamming, is the Alkalinity test also not reliable?

It is, but make sure you put in the R007 reagent so that it doesn't turn yellow. Even if it does, the result is still fine, but the important thing is, that you really should not be worried about TA during a SLAM. Why are you concerned with it?

Absolutely. During a SLAM, the ONLY test that should concern you is FC.
