Not the only South Florida resident I see.
Pool was put in by us a few years ago. Been reading forum posts here non-stop for 48 hours since I found proposed solutions to my problem. Over time, pool has been more of an issue to maintain, more chemicals, turning over filters more often, etc. I attributed it to the equipment getting older, but I think it's 80% chemistry, 20% O-rings (just replaced a bunch to get rid of air leaks and pump primes like new).
Looking forward to learning from the people here and giving back once I know what I'm doing!
