They formed my deck rebar on Friday and put plastic spacers underneath them. Right now they are about to pour the concrete but a guy just removed all the spacers. Is this correct?

Otherwise the rebar will not be in the middle of the deck!!!!

+1 with kimkats. Those rebar spacers will put the rebar nearer to midlevel of the deck height.
Unless this is a thin pour of less than 2.5 inches.. you need the spacers

Ok, thanks y'all. It looks like they took them out so they could get the wheelbarrows on top to dump the concrete in the post holes. I am going to make sure they put the spacers back in before the main part is poured.
And of course we have a little bit of rain to make me more on edge. Driving my wife crazy with my pacing back and forth.
IF it does not stop raining ask them what they are doing to do to protect you finish?
We had one member where they put plastic on top of it and it caused all kinds of problems-color issues, lines where they pulled it tight, waves were they did not pull it tight, etc.
I don't want to make you pace more but............better fore warned!

Thanks Kim. Luckily it looks like the rain will stay away for the next hour. Maybe a little bit more and then it should stop for a while. If we had to cover it I don't think it will matter because the finishing crew should be coming in the next day or so to do the decorative overlay. At least I think that is how it will work. I guess I'll call the PB though. Thank you!
So the concrete has to set for 5 days and then they come back and do the overlay. Thanks for the heads up Kim! 
Fortunately for me its going to be raining here in Houston for the next few days.
