Intex Saltwater Sand Filter Pump - Code 90: Low Flow problem

I just bought this pool and set it up over the weekend. I followed all the set up instructions including backwash and rinse. I added the proper amount of salt to the pool. The only problem that I'm having now is a low flow problem. I've tried doing the following:

• Purging the air out of the system using the valve on top of the leaf trap.
• I've made sure the valves to the inlet and outlet are fully open
• I've opened up the sand filter pump and made sure the sand was evenly distributed and at the right depth.
• I've tried titling the Electrolytic cell to remove air bubbles.
• I have checked the hoses to ensure there are no clogs.

Any ideas on what I can try to fix this problem?

Did anyone reply to your thread about code 90, low flow problem?? What did you do about it; I am having the same issue.

I swear I'm not trying to be a smart mouth but are the plunger valves on the connections on the hose open? Happened to me when we first put ours up. Kinda ashamed to say it happened to me more than once when I would close them to clean out the leaf basket. Nvm. I see that you've already checked that
