Where would the best place to buy pool coping/pool liner at? I am tearing out my old sparton pool coping and replacing it. Any help would be greatly appreciated

In Moline you don't have the number of pool stores as in Sacramento but one good technique is to call the local stores and ask them.
There are numerous coping systems for what I assume is a liner pool. Some of them work better with your pool than others. I'd call around and ask then use google to compare prices. Then come here and ask about specific products -- You will get more useful replies that way.
