Looking for reasonably priced (Can.$) solar control

Admin please move to to correct area if need be.

    Hi All,

I have installed my new solar panels and they seem to be working. I did however forget to turn off the valve the other night and lost a lot of heat. I do use a blanket but alas I still lost 5 deg. I have been reading about solar controllers and I was hoping that some of the Canadian members may be able to post links of where they purchased.

U.S prices are 250.00-350 range for various kits, but the moment they cross the border they more than double in price.

    Thanks for any thoughts,

    Cheers,

    Rob

Hayward ProLogic Aqua Solar Automati - Pool Supplies Canada is one I found so far.
    Pretty pricey though.
Ultra 16', Intex Sand filter/pump combo, 8' x 20' solar panels, solar blanket w/roll tube, 1" extruded foam floor with Gorilla pad, Liquid chlorine and stabilizer.

    Thanks D,

I have been scouring for awhile and there just doesn't seem to be any decent prices in Can. I found a used Aqua Solar kit (2015 model) for 185.00 catch is its 68 us shipping...Hopefully we can work something or I may just have to wait till the off season.

Panels are working well. I just added another 2 x 20 for 120 sq ft. About 70% off my pool...

    Cheers,

Found a used kit on Ebay. Was purchased earlier this year so still in new condition! A little late to for this year but I'll be ready for next!
