How to get rid of stain?

After having pool re-plastered 3 months ago I just noticed a stain. (See Pic). What caused this and how to get rid of it?
My numbers have been right on the money since re-plaster and I brush twice weekly and treat it like a new born baby. No iron or copper detected with test strips. The stain resembles Abe Lincoln's face somewhat, haha Thanks!!!

Try rubbing some crushed up vitamin C tabs on it. If that doesn't do it, try a tri-chlor puck.
