Dirt Devil Rampage not working

Hi, i have a Dirt Devil Rampage automatic pool cleaner that doesn't work. It powers up but the moves slowly side to side. I was told it may be the motor. Does this sound right? If so, can they be fixed? Any ideas how to do that?

Sorry you did not get a quicker response. Have you figured it out yet?

These are hard to answer due to the very specific nature of the product in question. I myself have never heard of that cleaner.
