Alkalinity and adjusted total alkalinity

Neither of those numbers are trustworthy since they came from a pool store. That said, you worry about your actual TA when you are following TFPC methods.
Totally agree with Donldson ... the fact that you are asking this question pretty much confirms you are attempting to trust pool store testing. Invest in one of the Recommended Test Kits and never look back 
Well maybe I will just go buy the recommended test kits. I see y'all have a dislike for pool store testing.
It's not a dislike, but a fact-based understanding based on hundreds if not thousands of reports of pool store testing that are very often inaccurate.
We'd love to love pool store testing----if it was anywhere near accurate. After all, it is free----------(and we're pretty much cheapskates here).
You'll spend a lot more on chems based on their test results trying to fix stuff by far and away than you ever will on a good test kit.
