Capacitor for Intex pump

I've read a few older threads about this, but I am confused. Is the CBB 61 capacitor a "Start" capacitor or a "run" capacitor? A rep at Grainger told me it is a run capacitor, based on the 14uf 250v specs. They don't really have anything similar, the one they suggested was a canister type. Has anyone found a suitable replacement for this?

It's a simple cheap ceiling fan run cap.

You can just simply buy a higher voltage rated one, but don't go down in voltage.

I'm sure that Grainger probably had a 15uF @370v. That would be fine aswell. Just try to stay within 10% uF rating
