I spent a lot of time pondering them. There were some Clorox that had the % but most of them just had mixture ratios for use and no %. Hmmmmm. Weird. If any reasonably priced bottle had 8.25 on it I would have bought it.

Went to another store and all of theirs had labels, but they didn't have all of the brands that the other one had.
