One of Six spa jets has reverse flow

New pool/spa installed last year, jets worked fine. This year, (I believe since pool opening) the 5th of six jets in a semicircular spa flows out, and the 6th appears stronger. With bubble generator on, the 5th has a weak positive flow. Does this sound like a blockage?

If one of the jets is sucking water in then it means that the jet nozzle is plugged with debris. Most nozzles are removeable with a long socket. Sometimes you get lucky by using a stiff wire to push into the jet with the pump running and that will dislodge the obstruction. Also, don't be surprised if this is happening if the nozzle has come out and is missing or came out and is stuck inside the jet fitting.
