Rail Issues! PLEASE help

Can any one help me with these bottom rails?? I can not find them any where!!!!! Its a 24' Atlantic pool (probly 9 years old), bought it used, need 3 new rails.... cant find them any where! my wife is allllll over me to get this thing up! Please Help! photo.JPG
 
Oh boy.... I wish I could help you but I am not sure.
 
Can they be sanded, bent back into shape on those ends, and then coated with Spray Galv? I just used that stuff by spraying it in a cup and using an artist brush to coat my galv top rails while still in place.
