yup. Its history. Insurance won't cover that either. It will cost probably 20K to demolish it, haul it off, and fill up the hole.
Then after that, fix the porch.

Im assuming that the pool was empty also, BUT the article doesn't say it was empty and also said Pasco County has been hit hard by heavy rain recently. Some areas were under an evacuation order on Monday. Could there have been any circumstances where the pool had water in it, was pushed up, cracked, water started to leak out making it lighter so got pushed up more etc...?

Did you see the photos/video? looks like there is hardly any water in it.

Could have been avoided also by drilling sump holes through the bottom. Pools looks small enough to that 2 should have done it.
