yup. Its history. Insurance won't cover that either. It will cost probably 20K to demolish it, haul it off, and fill up the hole.
Then after that, fix the porch.

Its a shame. Too bad they didnt know about TFP before they pumped it dry.
 
Im assuming that the pool was empty also, BUT the article doesn't say it was empty and also said Pasco County has been hit hard by heavy rain recently. Some areas were under an evacuation order on Monday. Could there have been any circumstances where the pool had water in it, was pushed up, cracked, water started to leak out making it lighter so got pushed up more etc...?
