Hi Folks. I've been lurking since this finding this forum in the spring and using the info to bring my green water back to sparkling crystal clear. I've got an older vinyl-lined 20x40 foot, 37K gallon pool. I'll be looking to begin replacing components over the next couple of years. I had a solar heating system installed this spring. Next, is replacing the pump with a variable-speed to get more energy-efficient and a new gas heater as solar alone doesn't cut it this far north.
