I was wondering if anyone has ever replaced their fiberglass panels for the above ground kayak decks. The fiberglass hasn't been replaced the entire time the pool has been up (30+ years) and therefore it is falling apart from dry-rot. I called Kayak pools and they say they can sell us a kit for $309.99 + $120 freight fee. If I bought the individual panels it would be even more expensive and I'd have to pay the freight fee anyways for a bulk order.
I was curious if anyone has had any experience replacing these and if I could possibly find what I need cheaper at a hardware or local pool store.
