Best place to buy a custom cover? Installing anchors in concrete deck?

We were told yesterday that we cannot install a retractable cover without changing our coping. There is a concern that mounting anchors to secure a "regular cover" might crack our decking (concrete). Has anyone installed them successfully?

I have only installed anchors for my manual solar cover reel. It went very well with an impact drill, proper sized concrete bit and some elbow grease. Is your concrete in good condition or is it brittle and cracked? If the concrete is in decent condition, I would have no worries about it cracking. All concrete cracks. If stress is relieved with cuts after installation, the cracking is more controlled to the cuts. If the concrete is mature (>2 years old), new cracks rarely develop unless there is base washout or problems with drainage.
