Cloudy Waterline Glass Tile

My glass tiles are getting a hazy film on them which is scrubbed off easily enough with diluted Muriatic acid and a non-abrasive scrub brush but it is back within 48 hours. What would be causing this?

I don't think so. My wife does lather the sun block on the boys but it isn't "oily".
