Testing CYA Taylor Kit - problems with the read

I understand the instructions about putting drops in until you don't see the black dot. But . . . does 'not seeing the black dot' mean that it is really hard to see it or absolutely cannot see it. Because if you try real real hard, you can still kind of see it. This absolutely cannot see it and barely can see it is the difference between 30 and 60.

Any tips or help is greatly appreciated.

you can not see it at all so 60 cya

and you thought it was a hard one

so not see it at all means more water, so this means 30 cya. Means I need to add more cya.
