My polaris does not want to stay in the shallow end. It makes one or to passes then heads straight back to the deep end. I pull it back to the shallow end and its back to the deep end. So has anyone else had this problem if so what do I need to do to correct it?

If you take it out of the pool and turn one wheel by hand do the other two turn with it?
Is this a new problem or has it done this since it was installed? A few more things to check:
Make sure the thrust jet is at 11:00 like so:
Take off the head float and make sure there's no water in it.
Make sure the hose floats are evenly spaced about 3' apart, with one right behind the backup valve.
Check the RPM. Should be around 30.
