We are having our pool built now and have a beach entrance with moss rock on the entire beach entrance. The pool builder put this white paste substance that I believe is supposed to seal so water cant get through under the moss rock waterfall and weeping wall but did not put it under the moss rock on the beach entrance. I am concerned that the beach entrance will leak water. Does anyone have experience with this that can explain this to me?

There is gunite under the beach entrance and should be watertight under the beach entrance.
