New house pool has been sitting

We just moved to a house with a pool. The pool has been unattended for a week or more.
I want to get it up and running. I know the chemistry is not right and would like
to know what I should do first and what order I should go after these problems. The water is
clear but I was worried about algae so I added 1 gallon of bleach before I took these readings.
I would appreciate any advice you could give me.

FC - Free Chlorine 3
CC or TC - Combined Chlorine or Total Chlorine 3
pH - 7.0
TA - Total Alkalinity 0
CH - Calcium Hardness 200
CYA - Cyanuric Acid (stabilizer/conditioner) 0

I can not find an AquaChem 5-way test kit
Have a link to it?

I am sure it is lacking the needed FAS-DPD chlorine test that is included in the Recommended Test Kits though.

I don't think the kit is giving the info needed. For example, 3 total chlorine would be better than 3 combined chlorine in this case. Read the links already given as cya and TA of 0 are both not desirable. Links will help you get it right.

Btw, how does the pool look? Pics?
