My 10 year old minimax heater was reading 110F where pool sensor and thermometer floating in pool agreed it was 84. FIgured 10 year old thermister was failing and replaced it with correct part. Same reading after replacement. Guessing its the board, but anyone has input would be greatly appreciated.

Yes. usually tracks pool temperature, may read 108 if pool is 82 , 110 if 84. Consistent offset. Poll controller reads correct temperature as measured in pool. Cant think what it be other than board now that brand new thermister doingsame thing as old one.
Yes if you already replaced the thermistor and it's still reading incorrectly, then it could be the board. This is a minimax NT correct?
So then I guess its the board. I've seen where the display on the board is messed up and it shows weird stuff.
