    Hello all
I have discovered the site out of necessity and would appreciate any help. I have a green pool and have been struggling to get it right for 10 days now. I am not sure where or how to post to begin with but am figuring it out now. Where should I start?
    Thanks
    Don

Hi, welcome to TFP! Usually members who need help with a problem will go to the forum that most closely fits their need. In your case you have a green pool, so you would want to start a thread in "Algae Prevention and Treatment" and give your thread a descriptive name, such as "Struggling to get it right". There is a button on the left side of the page to start a new thread just above the forum name, roughly halfway down. Post a description of the problem, what you have tried so far, and a complete set of test results if you have them. Pictures are good too if you have any. You should start getting help fairly quickly.

Thanks for the help. I have since discovered how to get feedback and track responses which was a problem at first.....it didnt seem obvious where or how to accomplish that.
