Just checking in to say "hello". I have been feverishly reading this forum since putting an offer on a house with a pool a few weeks ago which was accepted and we are in a flurry getting our ducks in a row towards a quick closing/move. This place is a wealth of knowledge and I am impressed with the friendly atmosphere around this joint.
Anyway my potential pool is an "L" shape of about 30,000 gallon volume. The liner was replaced this Spring and the pool appears to be in excellent shape with crystal clear water. I will include further info in a signature once I actually "own" the place. I look forward to becoming an active participant of this forum as I gain knowledge and experience.
