Hey guys I'm new to all this and we just purchased and set up our first pool. It's a 20' X 48" Pool. We thought it was level until the water started filling. It's JUST under 4 " off level. Is this something I should be worried about? I have seen 2-4" is ok on some sites, and no more than 3" on others. Thanks!

Within 1" of level is the gold standard. Being 4" off now with just being filled could get even worse. Start over, dig down instead of building up, get it level, be safe, enjoy.

Sorry to to be the bearer of bad news but IMO that pool is not safe and needs to be corrected.

Yes, you will need to drain and re-level or the pool will fail with disastrous results. There are tons of posts in this forum on how to level.
