Pump Voltage 220V=230V?

I finally decided to buy a 1.5 HP VSP (Variable Speed Pump). The pump says it is for 220 volts. My circuit breaker has the double breaker for the pool which makes it 230 volts. What is the discrepancy for these two different volt readings? I heard that voltage varies naturally 10 percent. I just want to verify over time I am not risking damaging the VSP? Is there a way to convert 230 volts to 220 volts? Or are they really the same thing?

Same thing. There is a fairly large allowable variance for line voltage.
