no notification of PM

I received a PM July 14 at 10:58am and did not receive email notification or pop up browser notification.

Do you have those options turned on in your settings?

I have looked at the email logs and see one was sent and accepted to your account right around the time you have stated. If you will, can you check any Spam folders you may have? Very likely it found it's way there rather than your inbox.

Yes, notifications are on, I used to receive them, just not this once. The PMer sent a reply today and I received the pop up notification in TFP and the email notification.
