New pool owner already 2 questions.

Hi.... Just put in a above ground ultra frame 52 X18 intex pool. Went with salt water that we love.
Question 1... Continually says low salt. Not at 1st start up I'd say started a week after. Guessing we just keep adding 40 lb bags daily till it goes off? I'm scared of putting in to much.
Question 2... The water is extremely clear. But we have been noticing its getting a bit slimy but not green or anything. Is this algae and what do I do? I heard just put in a bottle of bleach. If so how much? The pool holds about 7000 gallons.

How much salt have you added? Did you measure the level?
What test kit are you using?

We need test results to be able to offer suggestions, but now that algae has started, ultimately you are going to have to follow the ShockLevelAndMAINTAIN Process and that requires one of the Recommended Test Kits.
