New to TFP, not so new to pool ownership, new to pool problem!

Hi, Although I have had my pool for 12yrs I have never had any problems that I couldn't resolve until now. So in my internet search for answers I have come across this forum and I am glad I did. Thanks in advance of the questions I am going to ask and the brilliant answers you will provide!!
