    AGP 1500 gph vacuum

~My $400 craigslist purchase seems to be a money pit~

I have a smallish above ground pool with a 1500 gph filter. I am hoping to find a small vacuum for it, the hose one that came with the pool is a pain. have looked into those diver dave aqua bug ones, but have read mixed reviews has anyone had success with a filter as small as mine? I really can't justify spending almost as much as the pool for a vacuum. Going to look on Amazon Prime's "Black Friday" this Wednesday, hoping there will be a good deal on exactly what I need.
    18' x 48" Intex Ultra Frame AGP, ~6,500 gal
Standard cartridge filter and SWG that came with the pool (soon to change!)
Test kit will all the required juices and powders plus the stir monster

They are hardly worth the effort if at all. You're better off getting a small sand filter and rigging up a manual vacuum system.
