pump dead - temp solutions?

So, my pump finally bit the dust (not totally unexpected) and I have contacted a couple of local pool stores to come out and get estimates for a new pump and filter system. In the meantime, is there anything I can do to fight the inevitable swampiness coming in the days ahead?

Maintain adequate FC for your CYA and mix it with a good brushing. People have survived over a week that way. Is your robot still working? That'll keep things mixed up.

Sadly not. Pressure cleaner won't do much without pressure

buy a cheap sub pump and let it run in your pool to keep the water moving.

Add bleach to maintain FC, brush it and swim around a little and there will be no swamp. Chlorine prevents algae not pumps and filters. Keep it like halfway between target and shock level for your CYA, Chlorine CYA Chart

Hook a sump pump up and set it on the stairs to keep some movement going. Keep a little extra liquid chlorine in the water, and brush 1-2x/day. You should be able to manage a few days on that
